In loving memory of Stuart Evans.
We would like to dedicate this space to my late best friend and business mentor. Stuart Evans, the entrepreneur, the chef, the best pub manager ever and butler to the queen. Stuart is one of my biggest inspirations, he excelled at everything he did and enjoyed every part of life. He gave me my first full-time job and showed me everything he knew. He was one of the main reasons that I moved to Wales and he was with me when I opened my first business here, as he is still my inspiration I would like to declare credit to him. I know he would love this place!
